Ellen Frell
Previously a corporate and documentary film producer, Ellen Frell handles special projects for the Harbor Conservancy. Her volunteer work covers media planning, creative communications projects and long-term strategic planning.
Ms. Frell is the recipient of a number of awards for television and film production, including an Emmy Award for Best Writer, for her historical documentary on Chicago, And the World Was Watching. Her clients have included NBC-TV, Continental Bank, and the State of Illinois. She has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers including the Chicago Tribune, Christian Science Monitor, American Airlines Magazine, Arizona Highways, and others. Ms. Frell recently moved to New York City from Chicago.
